Refund policy
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase I are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange once it is returned to us unworn and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning an item. I cannot refund your original post and packaging charges, but our P+P back out to you is free.
I do not refund personalised items. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the unlikely event that you find a fault due to manufacture of your item I will gladly replace the item or reimburse you in full, including return shipping within 14 days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected
